Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of technical support or IT services experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and enterprise business applications preferred.
• Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems, desktop support, and user account administration preferred.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure, telecommunications, or SharePoint environments preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, peripherals, and business applications.
• Coordinate daily Help Desk operations, including tracking, prioritizing, and resolving requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and device configurations across systems.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint administration, and network tasks.
• Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation of support requests and configurations.
• Follow IT security standards and best practices to protect data and systems.
