Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Tier 1 on-site IT support specialist to review and resolve center-based tickets submitted in Zendesk. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with Windows 10, MS Office, networking, and TCP/IP.

Citrix and Cisco VoIP experience are a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem solving, analytical and teamwork skills, with a commitment to maintaining quality service and supporting staff and students.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years direct experience with Windows 10, MS Office, Networking and TCP/IP preferred.
• Citrix and Cisco VoIP experience a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Tier 1 on-site IT support for center-based tickets in Zendesk.
• Provide superior customer service in a fast-paced environment and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
• Coordinate with Center Property Officer and Property Custodians for equipment control and inventory.
• Draft accurate management reports and respond promptly to IT requests.
