Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and complete all center-based IT support tickets in Zendesk (Tier 1).
• Provide on-site IT support and basic technical assistance.
• Coordinate with IT Manager and other staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Mentor/assist with tasks as assigned and maintain quality service to students.
