Holland & Knight in Century City, CA, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for attorneys and staff. You will cover PCs, phones, AV equipment and IT infrastructure, reporting to the IT Support Manager and handling incidents in the ticketing system.

The role requires 3+ years in a corporate environment with experience in Windows 10, Office, Outlook, Cisco VoIP, Zoom and Teams, plus mobile devices, printers, and basic server/network tasks.

Formación

• 3+ years in a corporate IT support role.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Office Suite, especially Outlook and Word.
• Experience supporting Cisco VoIP and web conferencing tools (Zoom/Teams).
• Experience with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and printers.
• ServiceNow incident logging and basic server/network awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT support for PCs, phones, AV and infrastructure.
• Document work in the incident ticketing system thoroughly.
• Support escalated incidents from the Service Desk or IT Technicians.
• Assist with events, conferences and meetings on-site and off-site.
• Participate in projects with internal IT groups.
