Job summary

Holland & Knight in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced IT Support Senior Specialist to provide on-site technical support for attorneys and staff, covering PCs, phones, AV equipment and IT infrastructure. You will report to the IT Support Manager and be part of a busy office environment.

The role requires 5+ years of corporate IT support, strong skills with Windows 10, Office, Outlook, Cisco VoIP, Zoom, Teams, and experience with iManage or IntApp Time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; IT certifications or equivalent experience.
5+ years in corporate IT support.
Strong experience with Windows 10, Office (Outlook/Word) and escalated requests.

Responsibilities

Support PCs, phones, IT peripherals and IT infrastructure in the office.
Document incidents in ServiceNow and ticketing system.
Coach and support IT Technicians and Specialists.
Provide on-site support during events, conferences and meetings.
Assist with office administration activities and IT projects.
Collaborate with internal IT groups on projects.
