Job summary

DrinkPAK II, LLC is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Philadelphia facility. You will set up and manage end-user devices, troubleshoot network connectivity, and support IP cameras and printers.

This role partners with the Network Support Manager and IT Shared Services to keep plant operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT support, strong Windows and network knowledge, and comfort working in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support in corporate or industrial environment.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Windows Server knowledge.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers, cameras, and peripheral devices.
• Clear communication and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and image desktop and laptop computers for new and existing users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot networked and local printers and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi connectivity for end-user devices and plant floor equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot IP camera systems and video surveillance connectivity.
• Perform hardware break/fix tasks including component replacement and equipment swaps.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, configurations, and support tickets in the ITSM platform.
• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to facility staff, escalating issues to the Network Support Manager or Shared Services team when needed.
• Assist with cabling, patch panel organization, and basic network closet upkeep.
• Support onboarding of new employees with workstation setup and basic system access.
• Maintain inventory of IT consumables, spare hardware, and peripheral stock.
• Follow IT security policies, acceptable use standards, and change management procedures.
• Support periodic IT projects as directed, including infrastructure upgrades and equipment refreshes.
