Job summary

American Golf is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide onsite and remote technical assistance across Heartwell Golf Course and other locations. The role covers hardware, software, networking, POS systems, and business applications to minimize disruptions.

The position requires 3–5 years in IT support, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Azure services. Travel 10–20% is expected; fully on-site at the Long Beach area offices.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of IT support or related tech role.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, OS, networking, and business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support across multiple locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support POS systems, business applications, and system configurations.
• Document troubleshooting steps and manage tickets from open to resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for deployments and improvements.
