Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a business-related field
• 5+ years project management experience or PMI certification (PMI-PMP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, and Dynamics software
• Experience in Agile Methodologies

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, implementation, tracking, budget, and communication surrounding projects
• Oversees all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring that all elements of the project are properly coordinated
• Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals/milestones, and deliverables
• Develops project plans by defining project tasks and resource requirements
• Assembles and coordinates project staff
• Manages project budget and understands the components of running a fiscally successful project
• Manages project resource allocation
• Develops, manages, and controls the project schedule to ensure timely completion of the project
• Coordinates project processes and ensures adherence to deadlines and standards
• Identifies stakeholders and develops engagement strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitors and reports progress to stakeholders and presents solutions for issues
