Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, clerical, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication with coworkers, supervisors, and managers.
• Read and write small letters and numbers; perform basic arithmetic.
• Successful completion of a 90-day orientation period.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service for sales reps, customers, and internal staff.
• Manage the flow of orders in the order maintenance queue according to the assigned schedule.
• Manage the hold for orders in the pending submissions queue.
• Respond same-day to voicemails, emails, and Teams messages within working hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative Services Trainer, Administrative Services Assistant Manager, or Administrative Services Manager.
