Job summary

Bank of Tennessee is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, implement, track and report on assigned projects with defined deliverables and budgets. You will identify resources, assign roles, coordinate activities across departments and client or vendor teams to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes.

The role requires a strong technical background, knowledge of PM standards, and effective communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field or equivalent
• Strong technical background to manage technical projects and handle competing interests
• PMP certification or equivalent level of education and experience preferred
• On site, in-office work is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate project management practices for the organization, reporting to Executive Management and Technology Demand Management Team
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical and non-technical projects from initiation through delivery
• Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress to ensure goals are achieved
• Coordinate activities among project team members, internal departments, and client/vendor organizations
• Deliver presentations to Executive Management and conduct post‑implementation reviews
• Support budget planning by identifying cost savings and spend reductions
