The role requires 10+ years of IT experience with leadership and OT exposure, plus governance of cyber practices and vendor performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is required.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience with OT exposure preferred.
• 3+ years in people leadership and staff development.
• Experience with OT infrastructure and industrial control systems is valued.
• Portfolio and product management in Agile/SAFe environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT/OT operations for two refineries, ensuring safety, reliability, and security.
• Lead IT projects from planning to on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective IT/OT solutions.
• Ensure SCADA/DCS/PLC reliability and secure operations across sites.
• Drive cybersecurity measures, risk assessments, and incident response.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance to align with roadmaps.
• Foster talent development and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including IoT and edge computing.
