You will lead staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with enterprise IT to secure critical refinery systems. The position requires a strong background in IT/OT security, SCADA/DCS/PLC environments, and experience with Agile/SAFe practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily IT/OT operations to ensure safe, reliable services.
• Leads recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Plans and delivers low- to medium-complexity IT projects on time and budget.
• Ensures cybersecurity, compliance (NIST, IEC 62443, OSHA, EPA) across IT/OT.
• Partners with stakeholders to deliver solutions and drive digital transformation.
