The role includes acting as the primary contact for daily operations, developing quality control plans, and ensuring compliance with required training and security clearances. This position requires active security clearance and the ability to respond quickly to government representatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum as Site Manager within the past 10 years.
• Full contract authority and decision-making capability for daily operations.
• Ability to meet with Government representatives within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single on-site point of contact between the Government and contractor personnel.
• Develop and submit the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Report issues to the COR within 2 working hours.
