Qualifications

• Hands-on IT Generalist with broad hardware, software, and networking skills.
• On-site work in Placentia, CA; this is not remote.
• 2+ years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with ERP/OMS integrations and cross‑platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware across workstations, servers, networks, and IoT devices
• Administer access controls, user permissions, and provisioning
• Maintain ERP and ancillary systems for cross-platform compatibility
• Oversee VOIP communications and ensure system uptime
• Support and maintain 3rd‑party SaaS tools across departments
• Assist with order processing via OMS and maintain inventory data
