Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2+ years of related experience and 1+ year in field service.
Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and travel 75-100% locally.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
Respond to service requests timely, keep customer updated, document details and parts used.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions of computer or network devices and systems.
Analyze service data for trends and suggest process improvements.
Document user information, problem details, and resolutions.
Attend team and monthly meetings with administration.
Build rapport with customers and escalate issues as needed.
Monitor compliance with service level agreements.
Ship and receive broken devices for repair.
Perform other duties as assigned.
