DPR Construction in Allentown is seeking an on-site IT Field Support specialist to deploy, support, and maintain standardized technology environments at the jobsite and office.

You will install Meraki network equipment, conferencing systems, and endpoint configurations, troubleshoot issues, manage assets, and coordinate with Infrastructure teams. Must have 2–4 years in IT field support and an associate degree; on-site work with lifting up to 50 lbs required.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.
• Successful background check required.

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
