Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an IT Desktop Technician I to provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, applications, and related technology. You will perform equipment installation and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, manage assets, and conduct preventative maintenance in line with standard guidelines.

You will work with IT team members, staff, leaders, and physicians to support IT needs, document actions in the ticketing system, and adhere to policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of desktop, laptop and mobile devices and network connectivity.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to desktop computers, laptops, applications and related technology.
• Perform equipment installation and upgrades, troubleshooting and problem resolution, asset management and preventative maintenance.
• Document actions in the tracking/management system.
• Interface with IT team, staff and physicians to support IT needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
