Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Redmond, WA is seeking an IT Deployment Technician to support daily IT logistics and deployment operations on-site. You will handle IT equipment, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely fulfillment of client requests.

Responsibilities include deploying devices, providing desk-side support, and coordinating device delivery while maintaining audit-ready work areas and collaborating with cross-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage IT equipment across deployment scope.
• Provide desk-side support and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain asset traceability and inventory accuracy.
• Receive and process inbound hardware shipments.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Restock IT cabinets, lockers, and vending machines.
• Support e-waste processing and donation requests.
• Coordinate device delivery to meet deadlines.
• Assist with desk moves and workstation setups.
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams across sites.
