McKee Foods is seeking an IT Asset Technician to join the Corporate IT Asset team. You’ll manage end‑to‑end hardware lifecycle—from staging and deployment to decommission—and serve as the on‑site escalation point when remote Help Desk cannot resolve desktop or hardware issues.

Based in Collegedale, TN, this 1st‑shift, on‑site role involves device enrollment, image deployment, asset tracking in Freshservice, and provisioning with Workspace ONE WS1.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hands-on computer hardware and Windows/mobile deployment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex hardware on-site.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and enterprise Windows OS.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Aufgaben

• Manage physical hardware lifecycle: receiving, staging, deploying, auditing, tagging, decommissioning.
• Provide on-site escalation support for workstations, laptops, and devices when remote Help Desk can't resolve.
• Track hardware assets and tickets using Freshservice.
• Enroll devices, image deployment, and provisioning with Workspace ONE WS1.
• Set up and configure workstations across local plants and offices.
• Diagnose and repair faulty components and research root causes.
• Support IT standardization to lower total cost of ownership.
