Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must live in the US for 3 of the last 5 years (military/study abroad included).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules and orders.
• Sound judgment and even temperament; maintain self-control in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail; strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem solving ability; ability to work with multicultural contacts.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain case records via data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of case management within program requirements.
• Develops and updates case management and service plans for ISAP participants.
• Meets with participants regularly as required by obligations.
• Maintains accurate and complete case records; data entry.
• Manages program violations; documents actions and DHS direction if needed.
• Administers Security Plan for the office and ensures confidentiality.
• Reviews service plans for compliance with state requirements and contract.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientation sessions within timeframes.
• Installs monitoring equipment on participants when required and monitors compliance.
