Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers, Inc. is expanding with a brand-new Distribution Center in Woodland, CA, seeking two Inventory and Shipping Clerks for Day and Swing shifts.

You will ensure inventory accuracy and manage outbound shipping to customers across North America, while coordinating with drivers and internal teams. The role requires at least two years in inventory control or shipping, proficiency in Excel and JD Edwards/WMS, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in inventory control, shipping, receiving, or industrial accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/WMS systems (JD Edwards preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production scheduling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for high-volume communication.
• Shift availability for Day or Swing shift (7:00am–4:00pm or 3:30pm–12:30am).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly inventory reconciliations in JD Edwards for 100% on-hand accuracy.
• Investigate and report shortages, overages, or losses.
• Process sales orders and outbound paperwork with accuracy before dispatch.
• Coordinate truck dispatches and ensure on-time product movement.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers and internal teams to fix paperwork or delivery issues.
• Generate daily and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Receive and document supplies and raw materials per SOPs.
• Maintain records for audits and proper storage.
