Job summary

MeriCal is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in Southern California. You will manage inventory data, process orders, and generate ASNs within the ERP system to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a warehouse/logistics role.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of FTL/LTL transportation operations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming materials and finished goods.
• Verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Communicate discrepancies and shipment readiness issues to the team.
• Download incoming EDI orders from designated portals daily.
• Review orders for completeness before ERP processing.
• Upload EDI orders into the ERP system per procedures.
• Ensure orders reflect correct item numbers, quantities, and delivery details.
• Maintain accurate warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory data in the ERP.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Production Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time shipments.
• Assist in resolving order and shipping issues with timely information.
• Create and transmit Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) as required.
• Perform related warehouse and admin duties; travel is 0%.
