Job summary

Whisker is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for our Juneau, Wisconsin facility. You will lead the process of receiving goods from outside suppliers and ensure inventory accuracy, reporting to the Distribution and Warehouse Supervisor.

You’ll handle SAP transactions, perform inspections, manage returns, stage materials, and support cross-functional teams while maintaining a clean, safe receiving area. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety in a pet-friendly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of receiving, warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Ability to become certified on forklifts and other powered equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory transactions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with team members.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Comfortable working around office pets.

Responsibilities

• Examine incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Process receiving transactions in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Verify documentation and report discrepancies.
• Manage outbound returns and dunnage for shipment readiness.
• Prepare RMAs for supplier returns with proper labeling and packaging.
• Stage received materials for storage or production locations.
• Perform SAP transfers for material movements.
• Maintain organized receiving area to support flow and safety.
