Whisker is seeking an Inventory & Order Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and support order preparation at our Reeseville, WI facility. This role links warehouse operations with order administration, ensuring accurate inventory, proper documentation, and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations, inventory control, administrative support, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy with daily cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare daily order documentation and shipping labels.
• Support order fulfillment and coordination between warehouse, logistics, and production.
