Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Solid interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency – Windows, MS Office, Inventory systems.
• Ability to learn and identify parts accurately.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain internal controls and SOP compliance.
• Unpack and verify stock, enter receiving and inventory data.
• Issue materials to clients and prepare materials for storage or dispatch.
• Store material properly, tag, repack, and relocate as needed.
• Process returns and arrange vendor returns per SOP.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain storeroom organization and clean work area.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
