VetJobs is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the non-exempt Inventory Control Team on-site in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires coordinating daily activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting operations leadership to uphold service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of inventory control processes, experience with ERP/WMS systems (JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP), and a track record of leading teams to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control and related processes.
• Experience with inventory accuracy and shrink contract requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP).

Responsabilités

• Guide and coordinate daily activities of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team.
• Assess inventory inaccuracies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support site leadership in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to service level agreements.
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans for associates.
• Communicate and enforce company policies across levels.
• Train associates on tools and procedures.
