Qualifications

• 5 Years Receiving Or Warehouse Experience Preferred
• High School graduate or GED preferred
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong and professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and procedures
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Offloads and processes dock receipts for all inventory locations, confirming the packing list and MTRs against the product received
• Ensure all incoming material confirms to the Purchase Order and packing list
• Work with buying authorities and accounting to resolve receiving issues
• Direct all Shipping, Receiving and Inventory issues to your supervisor in a timely manner
• Maintains complete and accurate Inventory records
• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of operating systems related to Inventory and Material Handling functions
• Expedites incoming material and parts requests
• Stocks warehouse parts accurately in an organized manner
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of all inventory areas
• Completes daily Cycle Counts as assigned
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
