Job summary

This full-time, on-site role requires attention to detail and a proactive attitude to keep inventory precise. You will coordinate with operations, purchasing, and customer service to ensure timely availability and accurate order fulfillment, while performing cycle counts, discrepancies reconciliation, and updating inventory

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and inventory management, including stock tracking and reconciliation.
• Experience with shipping & receiving, documentation, and warehouse organization.
• Strong communication and customer service to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems; ERP or warehouse management systems experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and move materials and follow safety protocols in an industrial setting.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and record stock movements.
• Receive materials and organize storage areas; process shipping/receiving documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; update inventory systems.
