• Ability to lift and move materials and follow safety protocols in an industrial setting.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is a plus.

Role Description

The Inventory Control Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Midland, TX. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving materials, recording stock movements, and organizing storage areas. Daily tasks include processing shipping and receiving documentation, performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory management systems. The technician will coordinate with operations, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure timely availability of materials and accurate order fulfillment. This role also involves preparing items for shipment, labeling and staging products, and following company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, including stock tracking, reconciliation, and use of inventory software.


• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including handling shipments, preparing documentation, and organizing warehouse and storage areas.


• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to work with internal teams and external partners in a professional manner.


• Basic proficiency with computer systems and data entry; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is beneficial.


• Ability to lift and move materials safely, follow safety protocols, and work in an industrial or warehouse environment.
