Job summary

Flogistix Lp in Midland, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Technician (Night Shift) to maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, and ensure proper material handling in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

You will operate ERP/WMS systems, record incoming materials, assist with audits, and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to resolve discrepancies while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Oil field experience.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (when authorized).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally, if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are properly documented.
• Perform daily cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged materials.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately record incoming materials and products.
• Pick, stage, issue, and transfer materials according to work orders and inventory requirements.
• Operate ERP systems to update inventory transactions.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide accurate information regarding stock levels and discrepancies.
