FLOWCO PRODUCTIONS LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Technician (Night Shift) in Midland, TX. You will maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate documentation across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Oil field experience.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks when authorized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are properly documented.
• Perform daily cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged materials.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately record incoming materials and products.
• Pick, stage, issue, and transfer materials according to work orders and inventory requirements.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, organized, and rotated.
• Operate ERP systems to update inventory transactions.
• Process purchase orders receiving documents, shipping records, and material transfer documentation.
• Monitor inventory locations and ensure accurate bin, lot, serial number, and quantity information.
