NextLink is seeking an on-site Field Installation Technician to perform customer installations and service visits, troubleshoot on-site, and recover equipment at customer locations. The role requires climbing and handling equipment in outdoor environments, with a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Responsibilities include surveys, diagnosing issues, installing and configuring Internet services, and upgrading existing customer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys to evaluate serviceability for potential customers.
• Diagnose problems at service calls and restore service.
• Install Internet service for new customers, including mounting equipment and running cabling.
• Configure routers and customer devices for Internet access.
• Upgrade equipment for existing customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
