• Handle inbound/outbound phone inquiries about policy changes, renewals, billing, cancellations, and claims status.
• Support multiple customer service queues (Policy Inquiry, Claims, Claim Status) and meet performance targets.
• Document summaries of customer contacts in system applications and provide accurate information with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strive for first-call resolution and maintain knowledge of FAQ documents.
