Responsibilities

• Effectively handle client complaints or issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the client management system to maintain an up-to-date database.
• Educate clients on various insurance products to help them make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments within the agency to fulfill client requests and improve satisfaction.
