Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Valid Florida Professional Teaching Certificate or active enrollment in EPI/MAT with eligibility or temporary certificate.
• Exceptional Student Educational (ESE) Certification, preferred.
• Gifted Endorsement, preferred; ESOL Endorsement, preferred; Reading Endorsement, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging instructional activities in assigned subject(s).
• Identify and modify instructional resources for diverse needs.
• Supervise students and maintain attendance records.
• Maintain effective record-keeping procedures and discipline in the classroom.
• Collaborate with supervisor and peers to enhance instructional environment.
• Communicate with students, parents/guardians, and stakeholders within timelines.
• Provide instruction in blended learning models across facilities.
• Meet school-wide student performance goals and demonstrate gains in outcomes.
