Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• 2–5 years experience in the ink industry; 1–3 years in supervisory roles.
• Ability to perform technical service and color matching.

Aufgaben

• Perform technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink.
• Manufacture ink batches under 100 lbs.
• Conduct Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured ink batches.
• Manage inventory and perform monthly consignments counts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
• Maintain sound relationships with customers.
• Ensure INX representative understands and documents technical problems.
• Direct, coordinate, and plan INX Inplant Technicians activities.
• Communicate and train INX Inplant Techs on procedures.
• Provide ongoing operational support and conduct inplant quality audits.
