INX International Ink Co. in Kapolei, HI seeks an Inplant Manager to act as the liaison between INX and the customer, oversee the on-site ink room, and manage ink production. Responsibilities include technical service, color matching, QC, and supervising INX Inplant Technicians.

Competenze

• Must be able to manufacture ink batches under 100 lbs and perform QC tests.

Mansioni

• Perform technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink.
• Manufacture ink batches under 100 lbs.
• Perform QC tests on incoming and site-manufactured ink batches.
• Inventory management and monthly consignment counts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and strong customer relations.
• Direct and train INX Inplant Technicians on procedures.
• Ensure INX rep understands customer issues and documents accordingly.
• Conduct inplant quality audits and provide ongoing operational support.
