Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking an Inplant Ink Technician to support a customer site and manage the on-site ink room. You will act as the liaison between INX and the customer, ensuring smooth scheduling, service delivery, color matching, ink production and dispensing, while maintaining safety and accurate data entry.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to manage inventories and produce consistent ink batches on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong color-matching ability and color-vision test pass required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain INX's on-site ink room and customer relationship.
• Review scheduling and coordinate jobs with the customer.
• Provide technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing.
• Evaluate production requirements based on customer schedule changes.
• Inventory management and monthly consignment counts.
• Perform job estimates and data entry with accuracy.
• Provide press-side technical support and complete monthly reports.
• Perform Quality Control tests on batches and ensure safety compliance.
• Manufacture ink batches under 100 pounds.
