Qualifications

• At least 1 year of industry experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and dispensing/color-match software.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality-control inks to meet customer specifications.
• Provide basic press-side technical support, mainly color toning.
• Maintain detailed production and QC records.
• Identify basic rework opportunities from batch tickets.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.
