Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking an Ink Technician A for the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) to provide color matching, formulation, and small-batch blending support on-site at the customer location. You will produce and QA inks, maintain detailed production records, and support the customer's schedule through production coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience driving forklift preferred.
• 5-7 years of industry experience.
• Customer-facing role requires strong written communication.
• Strong mathematical ability for weighing and batching.
• Willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours.
• Ability to manage work-related stress.

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality control inks to meet customer specs.
• Maintain detailed production and QC records.
• Perform color matching and formulation.
• Identify rework opportunities from batch tickets.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.
• Provide strong press-side technical support.
• Maintain monthly and weekly reporting to CTS and Sales.
• Plan daily ink production schedule based on customer press schedule and inventory control.
• Provide technical guidance for problem resolution and training.
