Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years industry experience.
• This is a customer-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality control inks to ensure inks meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Perform color matching and formulation.
• Maintain detailed production and QC records.
• Support customer’s schedule through production coordination.
• Identify and execute rework opportunities based on batch tickets.
• Provide strong press-side technical service and reporting.
• Maintain monthly and weekly reporting to CTS and Sales.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. buckets and move 500 lb. drums.
