Job summary

Sun-Chemical seeks a Tech I Inplant CM Medlock at the Medlock facility. You will perform basic color matching and small batch blending on-site at the customer location, under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include ink production and QC, press-side color toning support, and maintaining detailed records. The role requires lifting up to 50 lb and moving 500 lb drums, with strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years industry experience.
• Experience with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and dispensing/color match software.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality control inks to meet specifications.
• Provide press-side technical support, mainly color toning.
• Maintain detailed production and QC records.
• Identify basic rework opportunities from batch tickets.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.
• Lift up to 50 lb buckets and move 500 lb drums following procedures.
