Job summary
NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Injury Prevention Specialist / Athletic Trainer to support a leading medical device company. This on-site role in Minnetonka, MN offers a structured environment with ergonomic assessments, education programs, and injury prevention initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training required.
- NATA-BOC Board Certification required.
- Applicable state license required where applicable.
- Minimum one year of Athletic Trainer experience.
- CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits.
- Conduct movement assessments and develop preventative exercise programs.
- Engage with new hire employees on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
- Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury.
- Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees.
- Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics.
