Job summary

AeroGo Inc. is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to build and optimize manufacturing systems, processes, and the operational infrastructure supporting our low‑volume, high‑mix production environment.

You will define routings, BOOs, work centers, labor standards, capacity models, and ERP data, collaborating with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Supply Chain. The role is 100% on‑site in Tukwila, WA, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required due to defense projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial/operations engineering.
• Experience developing routings, labor standards, process flows, and production systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP ByDesign a plus.
• Strong Excel and data validation skills.
• Experience in low-volume, high-mix production preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Review BOMs for completeness and accuracy before release.
• Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies and formatting errors.
• Analyze equipment, labor, and resource needs to support forecasted demand.
• Conduct time studies and develop labor standards.
• Interpret ECOs and coordinate with Engineering.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production Planning to optimize BOMs.
• Enter and manage BOMs and routing data in SAP ByDesign.
• Standardize BOM templates and documentation practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve BOM management and cross-department communication.
• Model AeroGo’s EPIC values in daily work.
• Other duties as assigned.
