Job summary

Integrated Human Capital is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop build plans, routings and BOMs from Engineering data, delivering executable plans to Production Control, Purchasing, Materials Control and Production. You will review drawings, identify tooling needs, and drive process improvements for on-floor efficiency.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering, at least 3 years of manufacturing experience (including aerospace), and familiarity with ERP systems like

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (4-year).
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience (hands-on or routings/BOMs).
• Minimum 1 year aerospace manufacturing experience (routings/BOMs).
• Preferred: G-code programming for CNC (Haas 4-axis).
• Preferred: JobBoss Software or similar ERP; CAD knowledge.
• Preferred: Experience leading improvement events (5S, kaizen, lean).

Responsibilities

• Create routing/job travelers for each operation from Engineering drawings.
• Verify and modify BOMs; forward to Production Control for stock checks.
• Identify project build sequence with Production for optimal flow.
• Address engineering changes on floor for BOM or routing needs.
• Review drawings for errors or missing information; ensure manufacturability.
• Identify tooling/fixturing opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce nonconformances.
• Drive continual improvement through 5S, kaizen, lean initiatives.
