Job summary

The Structures Company is actively seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Palmdale to create and maintain MBOM/OBOM for production operations. You will analyze engineering drawings, models, and specifications to determine practical operations and sequence, and develop comprehensive work instructions for manufacturing teams.

You will collaborate with Designers and Production Engineers, producing electronic work instructions and managing revisions using model-based systems such as iBASEt, Teamcenter,

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.
• Experience in standard manufacturing planning processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, and CAPP or SFM.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains MBOM and OBOM for production operations.
• Analyzes drawings, models, specifications, and procedures to determine operations and sequence.
• Plans and develops work instructions and support documents for manufacturing groups.
• Collaborates with Designers and Production Engineers on engineering and manufacturing requirements.
• Produces and compliance checks electronic work instructions with revisions.
