Job summary

Umanist NA is seeking skilled Industrial Electricians across Levels I–IV to support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in a heavy industrial pipe-production environment. You will maintain production equipment, diagnose electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing 460 V and 480 V three-phase systems, reading schematics, and coordinating with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with industrial electrical maintenance.
Experience with 460 V equipment or 480 V three-phase systems.
Familiarity with PLCs, AC drives, motors, and controls.
Knowledge of NEC, LOTO, and safe electrical work practices.
Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
Familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and industrial signals.
Proficient with hand and power tools and electrical test equipment.
Capable of working in a demanding industrial plant environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect, install, test, and repair industrial electrical systems and components.
Troubleshoot 460 V and 480 V three-phase power systems, motors, and controls.
Diagnose equipment faults using electrical testing instruments and diagrams.
Perform preventive maintenance and identify electrical hazards.
Read schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
Troubleshoot PLCs, AC drives, VFDs, and control systems.
Follow OSHA, LOTO, and job safety procedures.
