• Other production experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and evaluate coatings technicians and staff.
• Oversee surface preparation, coating, curing, and inspection.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality to resolve issues.
