• Collaborate with staff sections to analyze, refine, and optimize operational processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate information flows for decision-making and planning.
• Identify and document information exchange needs to improve interoperability and communication within the division and with external units.
• Spot opportunities for AI-driven solutions that boost efficiency and decision-making.
• Work with technical teams to assess and implement new technologies.
• Serve as the division's go-to expert for IKM processes, tools, and systems.
• Provide guidance, training, and educational materials to staff.
• Act as the primary Information Systems Coordinator (ISC), directing staff to resources and liaising with IT teams for timely issue resolution.
• Implement best practices for data management and support governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and security.
• Work closely with other divisions and external units to align IKM processes, facilitate knowledge sharing, and enhance organizational learning.
