Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Information Management Data and C2 Systems Integrator to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI. You will design and implement AI-enabled data products for enhanced C2, data analytics, and information sharing, building dashboards and automation workflows across IM environments.

You will leverage Python, SQL, APIs, Power BI, SharePoint, and Palantir Maven Smart System to deliver integrated solutions, while applying agentic AI workflows with strong security, auditability, and mission

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience with BS/BA (10+ with MS/MA; 7+ with PhD; other paths allowed).
• Experience with AI tools and capabilities.
• Hands-on Python and SQL for data workflows.
• Experience with structured and semi-structured data.
• Developing automated workflows, dashboards, or integrations.
• Read/modify code for operational data products.
• Knowledge of Java/JS/HTML/CSS/PowerShell/C#/MCP APIs.
• Ability to learn Palantir Maven Smart System, SharePoint/Power Platforms, Azure AI/Copilot, Power BI.
• DoD/USMC culture knowledge.
• Ability to brief senior leaders.
• Info systems, AI/ML integration, C2 systems experience.
• DoD security standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines, scripts, queries, APIs, and automated workflows for C2/IM.
• Extract, clean, validate, integrate, and visualize data from enterprise systems.
• Develop dashboards and decision-support using Palantir Maven, Power BI, SharePoint.
• Use generative AI and agentic AI workflows with oversight and security.
• Evaluate AI outputs for reliability before use in staff processes.
• Integrate AI workflows into staff processes for better analysis and automation.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and test criteria.
• Assess changes to IM/C2 environment; document architecture and risks.
• Support SharePoint and M365 information architecture and migrations.
• Collaborate with operations, engineers, cybersecurity, and sysadmins.
• Brief technical options, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
